Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- All the broccoli florets to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the broccoli florets.
- In a small saute pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
- Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Combine well and serve.
