Are there foods that can keep the brain healthy? Research seems to indicate there are.

Studies suggest that people who follow a Mediterranean diet that’s mostly plant-based may be at less risk of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. A Mediterranean-type diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, olive oil, legumes, whole grains and allows some fish.
