Jamie Friend, NBC-HWC is the Lead Wellness Coach at the Healthy Living Program in Rochester, Minnesota, where she lives with her husband and three boys. Her focus is helping patients with long term behavior change and serves as the Program Director of the Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program.
